Information We Collect

• Phone Number: Required to create your account and connect calls via our telephony provider (Exotel).
• Name and Email: Optionally provided during registration for personalization.
• Call Records: Session duration, timestamps, and call status are stored to maintain your call history.
• Payment Information: Processed securely by PayU (a PCI-DSS compliant provider). We do not store card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To connect phone calls between you and your coach via Exotel
• To process payments for paid sessions via PayU
• To display your call history within the app

Call Recordings

Calls may be recorded by our telephony provider (Exotel) for quality assurance. Recordings are not accessible to app users and are managed solely by GuideLine administrators.

Third-Party Services

• Exotel: Telephony provider for call connections. Subject to Exotel's Privacy Policy.
• PayU: Payment processing. Subject to PayU's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on managed servers running PostgreSQL with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

GuideLine is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
